| After receiving acceptance notice of abstract, all the video files must be submitted through the following website by the deadline: September 24. *Secretariat will sent video file uploading site address on September 7 1 by e-mail to all presenters. |

| * Please make a video in Power point with audio. → How to record a presentation by Power Point. → How to record a presentation by Zoom |
| * Please prepare a 16-minute presentation movie with sound as MP4 (Recommendation resolution: 1040 x 720, 960 x 720, 1280 x 720). *The name of video file should include session number (ex. 2021_11_1.mp4, 2021_21_1.mp4) Max 16-min. - Oral and Poster Session Speaker Max 25-min. - Invited Speaker Max 35-min. - Plenary Speaker 45 min. - 90 min. - Keynote Speaker |
| * Videos will be published on VIMEO embedded in the video system so that MNC participants can watch between October 26- November 26, 2021 (Keynote and Ordinary Poster ). Plenary, Invited and Ordinary Oral session : from next day of presentation to 1 month) |
| * To watch the videos, you need an ID and a password which will be issued after conference registration process is completed. |
| * Even if your abstract is accepted, your presentation is to be withdrawn in case that you fail to submit a video file or to register for the MNC conference. |
| * Please make sure not to commit a copyright violation in a video file. |
| * Please refrain from submitting a video file if you do not wish it to appear on the website. |
| * The video file of Keynote and ordinary poster will be published on October 26. |

| Note: Even when presenter talks online without using a video file, the submission of recorded MP4 video presentation file is still requested for making it easy for attendees to join the conference from different time zones. The video will be used for online live sessions. However, if presenter requests, live talk by ZOOM online is possible. All Q&A session will be done only by online live and the Q&A will not be posted on website. |
