Short Biography
Akihiro Isozaki received his M.S. in mechano-informatics from the University of Tokyo in 2008. From 2008-2010 he conducted studies at Panasonic Corporation prior to receiving his Ph.D. in mechano-informatics from the University of Tokyo in 2014. He then conducted postdoctoral studies in the Department of Chemistry of the University of Tokyo, followed by being promoted to research associate professor in 2021. In 2023, he took his position as an associate professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering of Ritsumeikan University and established his research laboratory as a principal investigator (PI).

Short Biography
Kuniharu Takei is a professor at Hokkaido University in Japan since 2023. He received his Ph.D. in 2009 from Toyohashi University of Technology. Before joining Hokkaido University, he was a postdoctoral fellow at University of California, Berkeley and an assistant/associate/full professor at Osaka Prefecture University/Osaka Metropolitan University.
His current research interests are to build the platforms for multimodal, high-performance flexible electronics. Furthermore, a platform for flexible edge-AI system is developed. His research has been recognized with some awards including the JSPS Prize (2025), NISTEP Researcher by MEXT (2015), 35 Innovators under 35 by MIT Technology Review (2013).
