Future Fab and the Skills of Tomorrow
|
Living in the disruptive era of digital transformation, we need to reimagine
everything we do. From running the business through the entire value chain
to the nature of work; nothing remains untouched. It’s a call for everyone
and for every organization. What mindset shift is required? Is there a
new set of competencies out there to be developed? The greater adoption
of artificial intelligence and automation will undoubtedly reshape the
workforce and the skills needed. This speech will focus on what research
and empirical evidence is showing: a paradoxical yet symbiotic combination
of skills – focusing on the best recipe for success to future proof your
careers, building competencies in areas that machines will not be able
to tackle effectively.
