Instruction for ORAL PRESENTATION
Session Equipments
All speakers are required to use an electronic projector. An OHP is not
available at the conference. To avoid software matching trouble, you are
requested to bring your own PC with you for your presentation.
The connector type of the projector is D-sub (15 pin). A USB connection
is not available. Please set up your PC before your session starts.

| * We can not revise your submitted abstract after reviewed and can not
change your session schedule which was decided on the program committee
meeting. |

1.To the registration desk.
All participants are requested to register.
Please get your name card

2. To the session registration desk.
Almost of oral authors are requested to bring Author's Interview document
less than A4 size, 10 sheet (A cutback of the presentation in Power point etc.)*2 |
3. To the operator in your session room.
Bring your PC at least 15 min. before the session for your presentation starts. |
4. Presentation
Regular session is 20 min. including 5 min. discussion.
Invited session is 30 min. including 5 min. discussion.
Plenary session is 40 min. including 5 min. discussion. |

Young Support
MNC shall bear the cost of domestic transportation and accommodation of
3 "Young Support" people. Program Chair shall select those "Young
Support" people from applicants in consideration of various things
including the rating of reviewed paper.
The applicant is 33 years old or younger at the end of the confence (October
31, 2019)

VISA (for only speaker)
In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to
obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Consulate in your country, to enter
Japan.
If you have to apply for visa to talk on MNC 2019, please fill in
''questionair for your visa'' and send it to the secretariat until September 20, 2019.
(It you need an invitation letter, please contact to the secretariat.)

5. To the poster panel for Author's Interview in your session room.(Except Plenary, some invited speakers))
A 10-minutes Author's Interview will be held after each session. The authors
are requested to make complementary discussions with audiences.
Please prepare a set of printed copies of slides used in your presentation.(*2)
Your materials will be posted on a 90-cm-wide x 210-cm-high surface board
by an MNC staff and will be returned after the session.
* Note that the Author's Interview is excluded from the Most Impressive
Poster Award. |
