Poster Session 1
Date: 16:00-18:00, November 15, 2018
Place: Room P2 (B2F), Sapporo Park Hotel.
Poster panel Size: 150cm wide x 210cm high
Posting the poster panels is available from 12:00 to 16:10 in November 15, 2018.
Please remove your poster panels from 18:00 to 18:20 in November 15, 2018.
- The program number will be posted at the top of each panel.
- Authors are requested to display their materials during the poster session.

Poster Session 2
Date: 15:30-17:30, November 16, 2016
Place: Room P2 (B2F), Sapporo Park Hotel..
Poster panel Size: 150cm wide x 210cm high
Posting the poster panels is available from 11:00 to 15:30 in November 16, 2018.
Please remove your poster panels from 17:30 to 17:50 in November 16, 2018
- The program number will be posted at the top of each panel.
- Authors are requested to display their materials during the poster session.
* We can not revise your submitted abstract after reviewed and can not change your session schedule which was decided on the program committee meeting.

Young Support
MNC shall bear the cost of domestic transportation and accommodation of 3 "Young Support" people. Program Chair shall select those "Young Support" people from applicants in consideration of various things including the rating of reviewed paper.  

The applicant is 33 years old or younger at the end of the confence (November 16, 2018)
Deadline: August 30, 2018
VISA (for only speaker)
In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Consulate in your country, to enter Japan.
If you have to apply for visa to talk on MNC 2018,  please fill in ''questionair for your visa'' and send it to the secretariat until September 30, 2018.
