The 39th International Microprocesses and Nanotechnology Conference (MNC 2026) is currently inviting organizations to support the conference through contribution, supporting membership, sponsorship and technical exhibition.
\nHosted by The Japan Society of Applied Physics, International Microprocessors and Nanotechnology Conference has been held annually since 1988, and the numbers of paper submission as well as participants are increasing each year. MNC2026 will be held at Hotel New Otani Hakata, Fukuoka, Japan and November 10-13, 2026.
\nIn this conference, domestic and foreign researchers and engineers will be presenting and exchanging information about latest technology and future trends in lithography, nanoimprint, resist materials, nanoprocessing, nanodevices, nanofabrication, microsystem and bioMEMS, featuring microfabrication technology for semiconductor device.
