A)"},"content":{"rendered":"<table>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\n<h2>\u25a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>For Plenary and Overseas Speakers of Symposium A (Panelist including)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>MNC secretariat will send the access URL of the Zoom Webinar to speakers by invitation email in<\/li>\n<li>Speakers will participate as \u201cpanelists.\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Visit the Zoom Webinar to <strong>check the connection<\/strong> <strong>30 minutes before the session starts and confirm that your sound system (and screen sharing if you show slides or video from your PC) works fine<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Video for general participants is off. In principle, their microphone is also set to be off, but questions are asked using the microphone during a Q&amp;A session by clicking on Unmute.<\/li>\n<li>The presentation time for each presentation is shown in the link below.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/imnc.jp\/2022\/submission\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/imnc.jp\/2022\/submission\/<\/a><\/li>\n<li>For every speakers<\/li>\n<li>Click on <strong>Video On<\/strong> to show your face during your presentation.<\/li>\n<li>MNC recommends to use \u201cMNC 2022 back ground\u201d for your video screen<\/li>\n<li>The back ground can be dowonloaded from the link below in this page.<\/li>\n<li>You can select the background image from the menu at right side of video button<\/li>\n<li>If you need further assistance in virtual background, please refer to the link. <a href=\"https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/210707503-Getting-started-with-Virtual-Background\">https:\/\/support.zoom.us\/hc\/en-us\/articles\/210707503-Getting-started-with-Virtual-Background<\/a><\/li>\n<li>For the speakers to use <u>a submitted video file (standard)<\/u>:\n<ul>\n<li>MNC assistants will show your video file from their PC.<\/li>\n<li>After the video, answer to the questions after clicking on Unmute .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For the speaker to use <u>a video file from presenter\u2019s PC<\/u>:\n<ul>\n<li>Click on <strong>Share Screen<\/strong> <strong>\u00a0<\/strong> on the meeting toolbar. <u>Select <strong>Share Sound <\/strong>in the bottom-left corner of the share selection window to begin sharing with your PC\u2019s audio included.<\/u><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>For the speaker to talk live by Zoom:<br \/>\n\u30fbClick on Unmute .<br \/>\n\u30fbClick on <strong>Share Screen<\/strong> <strong>\u00a0<\/strong> on the meeting toolbar.<br \/>\n\u30fbStart your presentation by using your microphone.<\/li>\n<li>During Q&amp;A:\n<ul>\n<li>Clicking on Unmute if your microphone is off.<\/li>\n<li>Answer the questions with your video on by clicking <strong>Video On<\/strong> .<\/li>\n<li>If you use your slides to answer the questions, please keep your slides ready for screen share.
